Bishop Emeritus Dr Wee Boon Hup is a member of the Presidential Council for Religious Harmony, serving as the representative for the Protestant community in Singapore. He previously served as the Chairman of the National Council of Churches of Singapore, and was the Bishop of the Methodist Church in Singapore from 2012 to 2016.
He has been a Methodist pastor for almost 30 years and was the President of the Trinity Annual Conference of the Methodist Church in Singapore from 2005-2012. He is a member of the ETHOS Institute For Public Christianity Steering Committee.
