DESCRIPTION:What did God intend for manhood when He created Adam?\nCome explore the key foundations of biblical manhood that we might grow to become the men God intended us to be in a world that is increasingly confused over our manhood\, and where a crisis is brewing. \nIn partnership with Woodlands EFC men’s ministry\, Men’s Ministry Network and Baptist Men’s Ministry\, we will be exploring 5 key aspects of manhood being a man’s identity\, responsibility\, integrity\, community and destiny. \nREV. KIRK TAN is founder of Men’s Ministry Network (MMN) and his church men’s ministry at Covenant Evangelical Free Church. Passionate about men’s discipleship\, Rev. Kirk actively consults with churches on ministries to men and co-authored “A Journey of Manhood” with Rev Kay Kiong and Dr Gorsuch. \nREV. DR. LEK YONG TECK a key steering committee (steerco) member of MMN\, was formerly pastor-in-charge of Bukit Panjang Methodist Church. Rev. Dr. Lek is currently President of the Chinese Annual Conference of the Methodist Church in Singapore and also a key steerco member of the Disciplemaking Alliance in Singapore. \nREV. TAN KAY KIONG Senior Pastor of Covenant Evangelical Free Church\, is Pastoral Advisor to MMN and was pastor of his church’s men’s ministry in its founding years. Rev. Tan also chairs an inter-church Discipleship Alliance in Singapore committed to disciplemaking in our churches. \nREV. HON CHIN FOANG deputy chairman of MMN\, is lead pastor of Good News Baptist Church. Passionate about discipling men\, Rev. Hon also serves as Exco member in the Singapore Baptist Convention and as pastoral advisor to the Baptist Men Ministry\, board member of the Baptist Theological Seminary (BTS). \nER*. CHUAH SZE SENG a registered professional engineer (PE) with PE Board Singapore\, is a Principal Geotechnical Specialist in a government statutory board. He is a founding steerco member in MMN and helped establish the Baptist Men’s Ministry (BMM) under the Singapore Baptist Convention. He is also a Board Member of BTS and currently Board Chair of Shalom Baptist Chapel. \nMR. KELVIN CHEW a steerco member of MMN\, serves as Assistant Director of Prison Fellowship Singapore (PFS). PFS runs programmes that minister to inmates\, ex-offenders\, and their families. He also chairs the Prison Ministry at his church Grace Assembly of God which brings the message of hope and restoration to those behind bars. \nMR. TOH YIU WAY A founding steerco member of MMN\, he attends Geylang Evangelical Free Church where he was her founding Treasurer\, former Elder and is currently part of their leadership community. Additionally\, he serves various men at his own and other churches and PFS where he sits on their ministry committee.
